Although we mentioned in the booking we would like to have a quiet non-smoking room, we got a smoking room to the street, which I find is an extremely bad service. I would not go back to a hotel that can not even satisfy such a basic request. To stay in a smoking room as a non-smoker is extremely unpleasent. more

Before complaining too much about the location its worth pointing out that we stayed here to visit the Munich Beer festival - it was booked based on it being available, but was quite a distance from where we wanted to be - and quite pricey!! From the airport, take the S8 to joanneskirchen (10mins trip) and there are directions from the S-Bahn stop to the hotel. Its only a 3minute walk. Stayed here for two nights in May 2008. Okay hotel overall, nothing really stands out. To get here from the Airport take the S1 to Feldmoching and transfer on to the U2.
