I stayed at this property over the weekend in Munich and it was booked by our travel agent for reasons best known to him.

Location wise its quite close to the city centre and the metro station Schwanthalerhohe on U4/U5 line. A very quiet neighbourhood. Rooms are big and well lit.

However from service point of view its definately not a 4 star category as the hotel claims.

No Air conditioning and the heating did not work. When I requested for the heating the staff politely told me they have no control over it and its an automatic system. I was left to freeze in my room. 10deg was still cold weather for someone like me from India.

There is absolutely no room service. Let alone that, there is no tea or coffee maker in the room either so one has to go down in the lobby and request the staff to serve you one. There is also no restaurent in the hotel and there are not too many options around the place.
