Located very close to the Staatsoper and Residenz. For 150 years it's doing very well. The service/breakfast was great, although pricey. Provides a lot of old world charm. Room was spacious and simple--the bathtub was raised and required quite a large step to get into. Great location. more

Excellent customer service throughout. Problem - what problem? Smiling, friendly, genuinely caring staff. Reception, lobby, dining, room service, cleaning. We spent three days there and it was bliss. The negatives come here: rooms are ok, but bathrooms are poky, too small to dry yourself after a shower. And there is no proper shower, just a bath with a dreadful curtain.... more
