We stayed overnight at the Bavaria on our way back from holiday. The room was very pleasant and clean, in fact it looked new. There was a safe, minibar, and tv. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel immediately welcome. The bar area was cheerful and modern and there was an amazing screen for watching sport.... more

The hotel is two subway stops (switching trains) or a 15 minute walk to the Glockenspiel. It was clean, quite and had the best breakfast of any place we stayed (we were in 7 other places!). Totally remodelled, nice staff-seemed better than a 3 star. If you are going for Octoberfest, it is practically across the street! more

The staff are friendly and helpful, and very accommodating for my pidgin German - even though their English is impeccable.
