I think this is an excellent place to stay if you want somewhere in central Munich. We had some problems in our trip and ended up staying in three different hotels around the Hauptbahnhof, and this was the best by a very long way. We stayed here from the 29th December to the 3d January. This is modern hotel, located in 5-7 mins walk from Central train station (Hauptbahnhof) and 10-15 mins walk from city center.
