Munich is a city that hotels are expensive. Hotel Carmen is an acceptable price. a good location close to station Harras. has a supermarket, restaurants, mcdonalds one block. 15 minutes walk from the Oktoberfest. The hotel has a good flow of guests and will soon need a renovation. The breakfast is excellent, as well as the internet. I recommend

No air conditioning at all. The rooms were like something you'd find in a cabin by the lake rather than in a hotel. Small bar and small breakfast area. It is in a part of the city that is completely dead. I will say that there is a nice Indian restaurant at the hotel and the staff was friendly.

This is not a 4* hotel, it is a 2* hotel. There is a horrible smell when you get in the hotel (of dust and dirt), the carpets are incredibly dirty, also the rooms are not cleaned properly. Do youselves a favor and avoid it!
