My friends and I stayed here during Oktoberfest 2007 and would highly recommend it. It is in a very convenient location and within easy walking distance of the Oktoberfest grounds. Hotel is about 5 stops from the city centre. Easy to find, and the directions that are provided makes it easy to find the Hotel. Staff are fantastic, and they know how to deliver excellent customer service. The breakfast suited me well, I only eat continental breakfast, so what was on offer was most suitable for me. We were impressed by the cleanliness, the comfort and most of all by the friendliness of the staff. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day which was well served by the friendly waiters. Stayed there two nights and will never stay there again. Hotel is old, unrenovated, and noisey. The staff, while friendly, was unable to assist in rectifying the issues because of stringent policies.
