Fantastic location in the heart of old Munich, walk to everything. The hotel is situated near the centre, which is good. However, services are terrible. You have to pay extra for internet connection in your room; the wellness centre contains only small sauna and steam bath. Finally, the hotel took money without my signature from my credit card so I paid for the accommodation twice. more
