Pros: -very nice front desk staff -relatively convenient location close to subway -breakfast ok (but not better) -rather tasteful decoration of room -cleanliness generally good, BUT Cons: -exhaust air fan in the bathroom really dirty -very dark lights (energy saving bulbs) -poor quality of shampoo, toilet paper etc. -toilet flush did not work proprely. Even though the booking was made through an independent discount web site, the hotel, over the phone, shown flexibility and modified easily (and at no extra cost) our original reservation.
