I was very disappointed by this hotel. Although billed as 4-star, and clearly this was attempted through the decor, it left a lot to be desired. The breakfasts were appalling - very little choice, nothing like I'd expect from a proper 4-star hotel. Oh, and the breakfast room was full of flies crawling all over the food. Disgusting. I've stayed at the Preysing several times and will definitely go back. The hotel is located away from the chaos of the train station district but is convenient to transportation - a short walk to the trams or the metro (S Bahn) - Rosenheimer Platz. The first time you arrive (if by S-Bahn) be sure to get an area map... more

For the price, this is a good hotel. (I paid 125 euros, our company gets a discount). The pluses include: free breakfast and a good location (not for from Marianplatz and close to the subway) with decent rooms. The only negative was that the room was a little "cold".
