Once again we booked our 3 day break here on the strength of previous reviews - perhaps not fully appreciating that it is out of the city quite a bit. However do not let that put you off! The Hotel Kriemhild was very nice, newly renovated, and convenient to a lovely outdoor restaurant, "Hirschgarden" where we spent two fun evenings. Accomodations were pristine and breakfast was ample. Very nice people! more

Stayed in a "family room" which had a separate room with two additional beds, which was nice for the kids. These types of rooms were harder to find than expected in Munich and this arrangement is a great plus for families of 3-4.
