The room here is new. Also very close to munich train station. I didn't need use any service from the staff except for checking-in and -out. So, i can't comment about the staff but they were polite when i talked to them. I would definitely stay here again if i go to munich.

Very good hotel clean, great breakfast (u have to pay apart, but worth it). Good access to subway anda near a big train station where we have lots of local snacks and good local beer. Near to Marienplatz (five/ten min walking)

Hotel is ,clean however it smells cigarettes in the corridor but not in the room. Friendly staff. we left all our bookings at the reception when we checked in but staff returned the full folder to us. Lovely rooms with modern decorations. The rooms are very comfortable and Clean.We had Breakfast included which was very good. Most importantly the location is great as it is a few minutes walk from Marienne Platz. Additionally staff is very friendly and helpful. Great value for Money.
