Has a great location in the city. Just a short walk to the Oktober fest beer gardens. Also right next to a subway terminal. Just two Subway stops from the Town hall and some great Beer Halls. Quiet street and clean rooms.

Never sure how reviews can differ so much. This little hotel suited our needs perfectly. It was clean, centrally located and the staff were superb. The hotel lies right in front of the metro station (10 min to city center) and the city center can also be reached within a 10 minute foot walk. We stayed her for 3 nights in September 2012. It is located right next to an U-bahn station which is very convenient and is less than a 10 minute walk from where Oktoberfest is. We stayed there 2 nights in July and were very pleased with it! A quite street, 10 minutes walk from Central Station, about 20 minutes walk from Old City! Excelent breakfast! Very nice courtyard near breakfast room! And free parking by the entrance! And undeground station Theresienwiese just by the entrance! And very-very helpful staff! We highly recommend this hotel!

My second visit to this friendly small hotel across the street from the Saint Paul Cathedral. Cathedral bells that start at 7 AM add to the mellow, welcoming atmosphere.
