I stayed here for Ocktoberfest. Affordable and very clean/nice rooms. Take the bus just a few stops and the metro just a few stops and you are right at okctoberfest! Very convenient . Amazing breakfast in the morning, and free wifi

the hotel was quite expensive (oktoberfest period), still one of the cheapest at this period. very clean hotel, friendly staff, excelent breakfast, quite far from munich but the buses to the metro station comes very often (the bus stop is right in front of the hotel). small room but for 1 person is just fine. would stay there again.

Very comfortable hotel that feels like a home with very helpful and friendly hosts who helped us find all the attractions. Free parking and reasonable prices for simple laundry service (wash and dry only). Average breakfast is the only complaint.

To be honest the reason for choosing this hotel was the rate (120 euro per night). Not cheap but one of the cheapest for the Oktoberfest period. My stay at the Neuner was excellent. Its a very cozy hotel that makes you feel like you are home. Excellent value with friendly staff that is multi lingual. Highly recommend it for your stay in Munich.
