You don't want to stay here unless you are a backpacker looking for something close to Octoberfest. In an industrial area north of munich with nothing but depressing surroundings. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but it was clear they knew their product was sub-standard. Was booked into this on business travel by an unknowing administrative assistant. Got to the hotel and my cab driver said, "this is not a good place. you can do better than this." that's after he spent 10 minutes trying to find it on the map. and this from someone who has lived in the city his whole life and makes a living shuttling tourists from place to place. Got to my room after a trans-atlantic red-eye flight and the water didn't work. tried to open the door to the balcony and it almost fell off. don't know what else to say, except that I didn't unpack. got my money back and found great accomodations closer to the convention center at Glasl's Landhotel.
