We stayed in the Hotel Astoria 2 nights. It was very clean and comfortable....very European. It was also right across the street from the Aldstadt (Old Town), so it was convenient to the heart of Nurnberg. The staff was very accomodating and the breakfast was inexpensive and good. Spent one night in this hotel. Room was decently furnished, We had a non AC room but were given a tripped out glow in the dark fan which served its purpose to some extent. The bathroom was freakishly small. Location wise it was close to the station but a short walk from the main tourist area. more
