I spent one night only at this property, and was pleasently surprised by the quality of the dinner, but disappointed by the hotel part of the property. The rooms are tiny, the furniture is old and painted green, the bathrooms are not only tiny, but outright disgusting.

The property is situated on a hill, resulting in the parking lot, being tiny too, partially situated on a steep hill.

The beds are tiny, too, with the double beds featuring two nasty matresses with an annoying gap seperating them. The light fixtures are strange to say the least, and the TV set must have been the oldest one still in use in Germany.

At 72 EUR including breakfest, it is not expensive, but still too expensive for what you get. I lack information on alternative hotels in Passau, but I would caution against the Dreiflüssehof. more
