At first we thought it was a little out of the way but then we walked to all the city center and the whoe unesco workd heritage site. The room was comfortable a little dated but in good state and the ammenities were also very food. Staff was courteous and helpfull.

Hotel is little bit in nowhere, which might be his biggest disadvantage, but the nowhere is directly next to the highway, so very easy to get there with car. This hotel is decent even though it is dated, lacking some maintenance. It is scenic by river, but not as nice as by the historic city center. I don't mind taking long walks to go to the city center, like the locals.

I like this hotel when I come for business in Regensburg. Breakfast is great, 4th floor has a sauna and a couple of workout machine. You can also get a pass from the front lobby to go to the nearby gym. You hve to pay for wifi and parking place.
