very much overrated and the quality of its food and service was okay but not better than that, Most importantly, after agreeing to charge us a particular rate, they refused it when we arrived, claiming that a technicality in their hotel agreement meant something other than what we had been told and common sense dictated. The hotel is attached to the Cathedral (Dom) so it's a great location for touring town on foot. We had an upgraded room, which wasn't really worth the extra expense. The hotel is well maintained and has a moderately helpful staff. more

I, along with daughter a son-in-law, had the pleasure of staying at the Bischofkof Am Dom (forgive my spelling) for ten days over New Years of 2001. The service was excellent and the accomodations were great. more
