Hotel was very easy to find excellent location for train travelers Room was a little noisy with street noise. Good basic room small but clean. For travelers who are interested in a room which provides the essentials without the 'bells and whistles'. Staff were friendly and helpful This hotel was a great value for the money. This hotel was what you'd expect from an Ibis with the exception that it didn't have air conditioning. This wasn't too much of a problem (I kept the window open) until 7:30 am when construction started on the road below the window. If AC is a must for you, try the other Ibis in Augsburg! more

Ibis rooms are generally small and the service mediocre. This hotel does not have a restaurant (except breakfast). Our double room was larger and brighter than other ibis hotels. We paid £56 for the night which included a first class cont breakfast more

Well situated -- 4 mins walk to main railway station, trams and better priced then the rest of the nearby hotels. Comfortable rooms, etc. Found only two problems: hotel discounted wireless internet is available between 7pm and 8am (or 9am) at EU7.95, while direct credit card access for full day is EU24.95 . The hotel is a good value and is in an excellent location. Our room was very clean, and everything felt new. The bathroom was quite large as well. The front desk speaks excellent English. The hotel provides for underground parking for a small fee. Finally, there is free Internet access in the lobby; there also is wifi. more

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Short walk from the main station, and a good alternative if low-priced accomodation in Munich is full (we used the Bayern day pass covering train and city transportation). Room was modern and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate at a slight extra charge. more
