We stayed two nights at the Dom Hotel and found the hotel accomodations quite acceptable. The room was clean, the beds comfortable. The room price included breakfast for two guests. We chose this hotel from a review of a couple of hotels in our guide book and turned up on a rainy day. We didn't have a booking but the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. The Dom Hotel is a fine place to stay in Augsburg. There's nothing fancy about it, but it's reasonably priced and clean. The decor was sort of outdated. We got really lost coming in to town, and once we found the place, I was dismayed by the parking lot situation; they had us park behind another car (blocking it in)... more
