My recent trip spoiled by this recommendation from Rick Steve. This place is truly unbelievable. First the owner is GRADE ONE RUDE! i book two room for two nights for Euro 386, consider very high price for such place. Gave 400, but never change, i thought will be given when i check out, quiet like ghost. But alas, when asked when check out, the very rude lady serving breakfast throwing bad tantrum and decline, she said it was tips. Wtf, tips for 14 euro???? For what??? They don’t even carry my luggage. What a way to rip off tourist. I keep insist my change and wait for the boss, even worse, don’t even want to talk with me. At the end, they just throw the change at me…..what a treatment……And the place…wow….smell like 2000 years old house. Never cleaned, never aired. We cant sleep whole night because of the smell. And the floor, cracking sound every step. The restaurant is so quite I don’t even dare to eat there. To be truth, there are so many hotel in fussen you really need to avoid... more
