We stayed at Pension Gitte for two nights while visiting Berlin.
We took a chance on booking there because there were no reviews on it yet.
This was a family vacation. We were very happy with the accomodations which looked new and were very clean. Above average compared to other places we stayed on this trip. Breakfast was perfect and they had very good coffee. The owners are a Lady and her son who speaks English. I think we were surprised to get such a nice place for a very reasonable price. They also accomodated us in one room with our two children which is difficult to find in most places.
We just walked from the Pension Gitte to Zoo Garden station and took a bus to the main attractions in Berlin.
I would plan to stay at this same Pension on our next visit to Berlin.
