I send a complaint to Artus about a key that did not work anymore (see mij message: the key that stopped working). Artus reacted within one day: now in a very professional way. They admitted that their procedures were not sufficient and are willing to learn from there faillures. Moreover they offered a compensation for the trouble we had. A... more

This is a great choice is you are looking for good value for money and a little extra space. We chose a Managers Apartment (as there were 4 of us travelling together - for a long weekend break in Berlin) - which was extremely spacious and well designed.
