Not much good to say about this place. The orange curtains are extremely thin, so if you are light sensitive when you sleep (like I am) you will not sleep good at all! Bad location, nowhere near the main attractions or the pulsating nightlife, so you have to take the S-Bahn or the U-bahn anywhere you go which can get very expensive after a couple of days.

The description of the hotel says that Friedrichshain is just around the corner, but that is completely false. Getting to Friedrichshain on foot is out of the question. The whole area where the "hotel" is located (Lichtenberg) is a bit shady, lots of drunks and skinheads, not even a good place to buy a beer. We only saw one bar in Lichtenberg and it played white power music...

Breakfast is not included, the walls are really thin and the staff do not speak a word of english. Unless you speak german you'll barely be able to check in, any other reguests (a do not disturb sign, a scale to weigh your bags or... more
