We stayed for a week at the John F and will most likely choose this hotel again should we return to Berlin. Newly built (May 2009) everything obviously looked new. TV channels were dreadful though. Don't know if this is the norm across Germany but 98% of the channels were German so when you're kicking back you're forced to watch... more

Just returned from Arcotel John F in Mitte...what a great location! Located near Unter den Linden and Museum Island, one couldn't ask for a better location. Our room was small, but clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and courteous. Also always appreciate free internet access. The restaurant is very good and reasonable except for breakfast, which we found to be good, but expensive. We would definitely stay here again. more
