We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Berlin. It was a convenient location. Rooms were nice and clean- and even had a tub to soak in. for 300 euro a night, this is the smallest room i have ever stayed. smaller than a one-bedroom youth hostel. wow - i stayed on the 8th floor with no exposure to sunlight all day long. and the docration was mediocre at best. overall one of the most constrained experience i have had. more

From the check in at the front desk to the check out, our stay of three nights was excellent. Our rooms were clean, service was wonderful, buffet breakfast was more than adequate, they even gave us wine, cake and fruit to celebrate a birthday! This is a 4 star hotel on Gendarmenplatz in the center of Berlin. The main boulevard Unter Den Linden, the Berlin cathedral and various museums, along with many restaurants are in walking distance. Sitting adjacent to the quaint Deutscher Dom (Square), this fine hotel was wonderfully located. A terrific chocolate shop on the corner (Fassbender & Rausch) and reasonable walking distance to the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, and Unter den Linden. Very nice accomodation. more
