Visited Berlin Germany April 1-7 ,2009. I stayed at the Crown plaza city center hotel. The hotel was clean, with a friendly helpful staff who could not do enough for us to make our stay pleasurable. Wonderful breakfast, worth the extra fee. Tip: Buy the Berlin Travel Passcard and the Museum card both are well worth the expense. more

Comparatively speaking, this hotel is reasonably priced, but they do "nickel and dime" you to death. For example, the pool is free (and small), but the sauna is an extra 7.50 euro.
