We stayed at this hotel for the first time approximately 3 years ago. On leaving we complained about poor service and also the fact that the radiator in our room (and it was in December) wasn't working. This is an affordable, upscale hotel located about 200 metres away from KaDeWe and the Wittenberg U-bahn stop. It's an easy walk from Bahnhof Zoo or take bus 100 about 3 stops. Having never been to Berlin, we wanted something central for a fair price. The Best Western Hotel President was exactly that.
