Hotel was comfortable and services what you'd expect, so I wasn't disappointed. The only downside was in my particular case Alexanderplatz was a bit out of the way so it involved expensive taxi trips to the other side of town and back. But, that is of course not the fault of the hotel.

The room was impersonal and no better than cheaper hotels I stayed in during this trip. The corridor was dark and deserted. Internet added 16 euros. I really wasn't impressed. The best thing about the hotel is that it is not that far from the center and breakfast was good.

The staff at the reception were pleasant and helpful. Our room had a balcony and from the outside it looks as if all rooms have balconies so that's a bonus. The pillows were waaay too soft my personal taste but the bed was comfy and the bathroom clean.

The receptionist offered one of the worst welcomes I have ever received when arriving in any hotel.
