The hotel is convenient to public transportation, which was critical for us while we were in Berlin. (The bus and train system there are clean, well-run, and easy to navigate.) the situation of the hotel is convenient near the water and park, but has the advantage of a well known bar/lounge which gives the hotel popularity for a continuous inner-city feeling, weather you enjoy the open outside cafe or an indoor late club, but doesn't effect the privacy of your room. more

the service during the stay was absolutly not acceptable, not even in a lower class hotel. i and many others i met, were very dissapointed. it took nearly 1 hour to get a drink, and this only after asking many times. no excuses or anythingelse frm the waiter. more
