Really cozy hotel with a fabulous breakfast, i always enjoy my stay here and look forward to come back every year. The room and bathroom cleanliness is good and they provide non allergic linen, towels and pillows.

A well located hotel in the heart of Berlin near to shops, bars, restaurants and major transport hubs. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel staff very friendly. Rooms are spacious, clean and up to date. On the down side no tea and coffee available in the rooms which is disappointing, as room service is expensive.

A nice hotel, well located, good breakfast, nice staff but as a couple we were given two twin beds not a double as requested (for a double room). We were told that the only actual double beds are in the family rooms. Worth noting. But otherwise, perfectly good hotel.

Ok, it is central but that's about it. There are much better central hotels nearby. We went there as it was advertised as child friendly and that was ok actually, they had highchair, cot, etc. However, we found staff generally unfriendly with a can't be bothered attitudes.
