The service at this Ibis was very poor. The staff were unhelpful and not friendly. We stayed in Ibis hotels in other cities on our holiday and the service at these hotels was superb. This level of poor service is not what is expected from an Accor Hotel. In addition, the WiFi was very unreliable.

Just returned from our trip to Berlin and stayed in this hotel. It has a great location being near to the Ostbahnhof train station, the O2, the Berlin wall and the giant Televison Tower is well within walking distance. Not only close to the station (Ostbahnhof), but right on the River Spree, and close to the Berlin Wall. Also maybe 20 minutes walk to the giant Television Tower. So a decent location.
