My husband, myself and our 13year old daughter stayed at this hotel in April 2013. It was just perfectly located off Friedrichstrasse and a short walk to many of the historical sights. Extremely nice Hotel, the room was nicely appointed. Location about 5 minutes from the UBahn. The internet service was pathetic. Clean, friendly staff. Great breakfast. Massive rooms, Nice quiet area, easy walk to tube, or just plain walk to a lot of the sights. Would recommend without hesitation. Free internet in lobby, not in rooms............

Location is excellent and staff from Mercure could not have been more helpful! We had a 2 night stay in Berlin, there was 3 of us booked for the room, we stayed in a suite - just beautiful and roomy we did not feel that were staying on top of one another Would recommend a stay at the Hotel
