Good city hotel (as usual with Mercure) in attractive and quiet location... Sub station only 2 minutes away which connects you to the whole city within minutes... Very competent and friendly staff at the reception...

We use mid-range Accor hotels quite a bit, and are generally pleased with them. This Mercure, around half a mile east of the Hauptbanhof, is typical of the breed. I stayed there for a weekend in the city and it was a good choice. It is close to U-Bahn and you can also rent a bike to explore the city. Breakfast is excellent (overpriced, as usual). Downside was no free Wifi and even the paid connection had a weak signal in the room.

Very good hotel in Berlin, stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Charite. People behind the desk are very attentive and offer really excellent service. The breakfast buffe is excellent and the staff at the breakfast buffe are also are very friendly and do a great job. Overall very good hotel which i gladly recommend.

Very good hotel, access difficult at present because of major roadworks on Invalidenstrasse. Convenient for U-bahn so the rest of Berlin is easy to get to. Very disappointed with this hotel. Never stayed at a Mercure before and won't be staying at one again. After I checked in I enquired about WiFi and then had to return to reception to pay for it!
