St Christophers Berlin is much better than its Amsterdam counterpart. The rooms are clean, basic and very big. The staff were welcoming but more interested in what was happening in the bar. The breakfast was great for a hostel breakfast. Location was good - could have been better. All in all the hostel was not fantastic but it was fine... more

At the end of september we went to Berlin with a few classes of our school. When we entered our room we saw that unlike of the others we did not have a key card instead only a key and an annoying room lock. When we finally managed to open the door we saw 4 bunk beds. The room was... more

We stayed here and had an awesome time, the dorm rooms (we stayed in an 8 person) had the most room i've ever seen for a hostel! Berlin in general was awesome as well. Anyone who's thinking about traveling europe and going to Berlin should consider staying here. We stayed in an apartment. It was clean. spacious and had a nice kitchen. The staff were friendly and the drinks promos excellent value. The price was good for the shared apartment. We bought a 7day AB ticket for travel all over the city which is perfect as this hostel is on a main U-Bahn line, you literally walk up... more

location is excellent, and rooms (i had a twin with a shared bath) were clean. however, staff was brusque and quite short, overall. perhaps it is the time of year (the place was swamped!). also, usually more of a mix of different ages at other hostels i've stayed at. everyone seemed to be about 17-21. again, may just be the... more

When we arrived, we were starving, so after checking in, we had a hamburguer at the bar inside the hostel. The food was great and cheap. ( 5 Euros for a burger, fries and a beer) . When we got our keys, we headed to the room, there is only one elevator and more than 5 floors, but it is... more

Very big hostel, lots of dorms and lots of poeple. The 10 bed dormitory i stayed was big and airy which i liked. Double windows so no noise problems.Beds were fairly comfortable, sheets and pillows clean. No secure locks in rooms for luggages, though there were lockers for small valuables. There seemed to be only three bathrooms for like 10 dorms and it got... more

Berlin is such a great city that it was lovely to be able to have a relaxing bath in the apartment after walking the legs off myself! The apartment is clean and comfortable. Stayed there in February and last June. As it is part of a hostel it is noisy at times in June, no such problem in snowy February!... more

The overall critic is good, but it looks like they have great success and won't make any efforts to please you. - Staff is not friendly at all Breakfast is awful + : location is the best in Berlin, very central clean cool rooms So, yes, you can go, but don't expect to be treated super well. more

We booked an apartment with St Christophers which was just perfect. It is so so cheap compared to other places we looked and you can't really get a better location than this. All the bar staff are very helpful and friendly, particularly one night when I was being dumb and couldnt get the door open. I really recommend the apartments,... more
