We stayed in a superior suite at Louisa's place and although it was very elegant and grand it was lacking in something. It wasn't atall cosy and actually seemed really empty and had a cold feeling about it. The furniture is lovely and the ktichen has all the best facilities, but there is something missing. After three days we noticed that they hadn't changed the linens. We got new linens, but they were badly soiled(obviously blood stained) We checked out that night at 12:30 am.
