This hotel is located 2 blocks from Kurfurstendamm, near shops, restaurants, and transportation to everywhere in Berlin. It's about a 10 minute walk to Zoo Garten (or you can take bus 249 around the corner) which is a major transportation hub and trains to Schonefeld airport stop here. Hotel Seifert is an old, beautiful and well-maintained hotel. Even though the hotel is old the rooms are kept in good shape. The Hotel Seifert is well situated - just a couple of minutes walk from the Ku'damm and has several excellent restaurants and friendly bars nearby. I've been there for 4 nights and it's been absolutely wonderful! I was there as a Group leader for the travel agency I work for and I can assure you that this hotel is absolutely perfect. the structure it's not super, that's true. The wooden floor sometimes makes too much noise, expecially at night, but all the rest is perfect.... more
