We stayed in Hotel Johann for 4 nights. It has to be the cleanest hotel I've stayed in ever! Room 301 was huge and bathroom was big too. The staff were very helpful with directions and transport. The breakfast was delicious and selection was fantastic! Definitely stay here again and will recommend it to everyone! more

I was there to attended a conference. Had a very enjoyable stay, and loved the breakfast. The staffs were so nice and helpful. The only thing not perfect for my stay is that it takes half hour to commute to ICC (the conference site; south west corner of Berlin). It may be easier to take S bane when it´s functional... more

At first I thought the hotel was a bit off. In a quiet residential area I wondered if we had picked the wrong hotel. No, no, no. The staff is great - welcoming and so nice. Intimate atmosphere, great connection with other guests, spacious rooms and a nice little bar. And unexpencive too. Book it! more

This is a stylish and friendly hotel. It's in a residential area but only a short walk away from the cafes, restaurants and shops in Kreuzberg and it's a 5 minute walk to the U Bahn. The Johann has everything, from arrival to departure - large rooms, clever interior decoration, luxurious breakfast, internet, garden, cheap parking, bikes for rent, quiet street and well-stocked bar.
