We had no issues finding our hostel. The staff were very quick and efficient in explaining and showing the hostels facilities which was nice. Quite a way from the centre of Berlin so getting public transport is advised. Decent location (15 mins from major attractions) and excellent price. Very small and clean. Not a party hostel. Receptionist (Monique) was incredibly kind and helpful and always available. Only three bathrooms for all guests, so occasionally there were waits. Great breakfast places nearby and close to a metro stop. Overall a very nice stay.
