Stayed two night in mid-Oct on business. I agree with other reviewers: great location, easy access to S Bahn, walking distance to key sights, very pleasant room overlooking the river, helpful staff. Did not use the restaurants. Far less expensive that the 'big brand' hotels. Exceeded my expectations. more

The location of the Melia' , in Berlin's Mitte District is wonderful.
