Service amazing. Everyone friendly, helpful and qent out of their way to help, meet requests, provide information, etc.I had lovely meals and the restaurant wait staff was super.I really enjoyed my stay.

For the third time this year the Cortina welcomed and enveloped, from the lovely lady in reception on arrival to the same on departure...... Another great room, possibly would have been nicer larger, but clean, and important in late December, warm. The beds are always comfy, lovely pillows and always just pleasantly warm... I still like this hotel!

The hotel was not what i wad expecting. It is an upscale hostel. The rooms were very clean and suitable for a short time in Berlin. The staff was not helpful they do not understand English and it was ver difficult to communicate with them. They changed the towels once a week. I stayed two weeks and the bed was changed twice. The location of hotel is good near city center
