The apartment booking process was very easy and friendly, although the directiosn were somewhat hazy with the keys being collected from a night safe!! with further directions to the apartment being given with the keys. These were almost unintelligible and I spent 30 minutes with suitcases wandering streets before finally stopping in a bar and asking locals for directions with the help of a map!
The apartment was clean and tidy but very basically furnished. No sofa, very little in the way of kitchen equipment (Ikea stock cheap stuff) and the Cable TV ws actually terestial German which was not on all the time. No iron or ironing board and no washing machine nor microwave!

Other than that a fairly good place to stay for 2 people with decent transport links and local facilities
