This is probably the best value for money in Berlin. Great location, buzzy atmosphere in the lobby, nice design, great price. The problem with many Berlin hotels is that they are in old buldings and get very noisy. Motel One is a new building so is nice and quiet. It's big plus is the location, neatly between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt. The location of the hotel is excellent with it's proximity to Alexanderplatz train station but you can barely hear the passing trains due to great double glazing.
