Friendly, helpful staff. Nice rooms. But: very noisy outside for light sleepers like me. No air condition, which makes you have to sleep with the windows open. Trams rolling by untill two o'clock, and starts ut again at five. In the meantime you can listen to loud dog fights from the park just uotside, accompanied by yelling and shouting from drug addicts who spend the whole day and most of the night in that park. more
