I was in Bremen last week to see my son who works for an airline and did not book an hotel in advance but I was extremely lucky to find this little gem ( it is a 2 star hotel ) just walking along the street. The hotel is in one of the best areas of the city center and few blocks to/fro the main station. The hotel has no elevator which was ok for me. I worked in the hotel industry for almost 37 years and I have been impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the single with bathroom I was given. There was a complimentary drink with a nice note ( mineral water ) and that was almost appreciated. I did not have to ask for anything missing in the room & bathroom. Unfortunately I had to stay only one night, but I will certainly return. The husband/wife who run the hotel are indeed very kind and so are the 2 chambermaids ( maybe part of the family ).
