Our room with balcony overlooked the courtyard. The room was nicely furnished with a table and 2 chairs in the room and also on the balcony. The staff behind the Reception desk were warm, friendly and helpful, which is always a good start. This hotel was an excellent base to explore Potsdam and area. Free transit passes are provided by the hotel and those allow you unlimited use of public transportation.
