Good value, cleanliness was excellent and staff were helpful. One downside was the bed, which was completely sagged out and caused a sleepless night. They tried to help by switching us to another room, but the bed was only somewhat better. The Breakfast was very expensive at 16 euro per person, which we skipped. more
It was a weekend get away. A short train ride from Berlin centre. The hotel is in the NH standard. Not top notch but very adequate. Rooms were on the modern wing. This is the better choice. Breakfast was good. Overall a nice place to stay. more
Great location. And thats it. Quite old and worn out and stinky. Very basic room decoration and amenities. My guest room i would rather describe as a hostel room. Sooo basic! Small, antique TV (about 17 inch) hidden in cabinet. 28 german channels and 1 English - CNN. Bathroom was very good though and complementary toiletries provided were of good... more
We lost track of our days during our vacation and arrived a day early at the NH Voltaire. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and professional and accomodated us with a room for the extra night. All staff at the front desk spoke English. Just had a 4 days at the NH Voltaire Potsdam - a great place, economical yet classy. the room was spacious & decorated beautifully. Located beautifully in Potsdam, a walk from the Palaces, Dutch Quarter & the Old Town is just around the corner. Highly recommended! more
The hotel is located in a business area with abundant shops, restaurants and farmers markets. The hotel sits on one of Potsdam's main streets, but the hotel's rooms face into a small courtyard, and on the whole, it was very quiet given the centrality of the location.
