I booked the hotel last minute, and was initially pleasantly surprised. I had a room on one of the upper floors with a terrific view on the Alster. Firstly, as the hotel is so new, the taxis are difficult to take to the hotel. It's in the St George area. The hotel staff hardly speak English and the bar staff are terrible.
