Grand City Hotel Berlin in Hamburg has an ok location, just a block or two from the underground station. But the rooms are extremely small – at least the two rooms I saw and used. No air-condition and some noise from the train/underground just beside the hotel. The rooms are clean but a bit of chemical smell in corridors.

I stayed here for two nights while visiting Hamburg. It's close to the city center and have a metro station just at the opposite side of the street. Noise isolation could be better between the rooms. Decent breakfast, nothing extra ordinary. Only German channels on the TV. Good and free wifi available.
